Hillstop is a renovated holiday house that sits on a hill, overlooking the stunning Mallacoota Inlet.
The spacious open plan living area has large floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the lake, ocean and Gabo Island. There's a comfortable lounge, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge and dishwasher.
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 5. Two night minimum stay applies.
BYO linen/towels or they can be hired upon enquiry.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an Italian fan forced oven with gas cooktop.
An air fryer, electric fry pan, nutri bullet and sandwich maker are also provided.
There is a washing machine on the premises.
Main bedroom - QS bed, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - QS bed and DB, walk in wardrobe and wall mounted TV.
Wifi is connected and available for guest use. Netlfix is also available at the property.
Additionally, there is a portable cot with mattress and bedding for infants.
There is a split-system heating and cooling, providing comfort all year round.
A BBQ and pizza oven are located on the deck which wraps around two sides of the house.
Well behaved, house trained, wildlife friendly dogs (limit 2) are permitted (please provide your dogs bedding).
Note there is a family of resident koalas that frequent the property.
Walk 3 minutes down the hill to the water where you can hire a boat or stroll along the shoreline. There is a walking track which heads into the Croajingalong National Park.
